WHAT WE DO
We provide administrative assistance to our students from the moment they enrol as our students until they graduate. Below are some of the services that we provide:
- Process student registration
- Plan and implement class scheduling and timetabling
- Assist students in the appointment of the supervisory committee
- Assist students in the thesis/project paper supervision
- Plan and administer the examination at every end of the trimester
- Keep and maintain the academic records of all students
- Advise students on graduation requirements
- Prepare transcripts, certificates, and other relevant document
We are also the keeper of the University regulations, statutes, and guidelines which serve as the general principles in administrating the day-to-day running of PBS. The documents are available on the student portal to guide them on the University’s policies as well as the academic regulations practised by the University.
STUDENT SERVICE CENTRE
The Student Service Centre (SSC) is a one-stop centre located at Level 3 of the PBS Campus. The public, especially students and prospective students may drop by at the SSC and meet our personnel who would be ready to assist.
We also welcome general inquiries via a dedicated email [email protected] for those who are not able to visit our campus.
Below are some of the services that the SSC provides:
- Admission and registration
- Updating of records/contact details
- Receipt of payments and payment-related enquiries
- Application of Student ID cards
- Application of letter of student status verification and EPF withdrawals
- Graduation requirements
- Issuance of certificates and transcripts
- General enquiries

The Centre is open from Monday – Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (except public holidays)
