YB Dato’ Seri Diraja Dr. Zambry Abdul Kadir
Minister of Higher Education, Malaysia
Dr. Zambry Abd Kadir’s thought leadership runs parallel with his achievement as the Chief Minister of Perak (2008 – 2018) who fostered bottom-up and inclusive policies that prioritized the middle-income group for opportunities in employment and social improvement. Dr. Zambry was frequently invited to share his experience and insights through public and academic lectures. He was the Adjunct Professor at IIUM Malaysia and is also the Professor in Practice at Putra Business School, UPM. During his tenure, the State was named “The Most Promising State for International Investment” during the 6th Middle East Business Leaders Awards in Dubai in recognition of the State’s achievements in the commerce and investment sectors in the region.
Dr. Zambry has also been awarded the Honorary Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of East London for his contribution in prospering and transforming the State of Perak. Holding a PhD in Political Thoughts from Temple University with expertise in the fields of political economy, contemporary South East Asian politics and contemporary Malaysian politics, Dr. Zambry is certainly a man who walks his thoughts.
Dr. Zambry was appointed as the Minister of Foreign Affairs on 2 December 2022 and subsequently sworn in as Senator in the Upper House of Parliament on 3 December 2022. He also serves in the UMNO Supreme Council. He was appointed as Malaysia’s Minister of Higher Education on 13 December 2023.

Dato’ Rosman Mohamed graduated from Urbana University, Ohio, USA with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has a Master’s in Business Administration from St-Louis University, Missouri, USA.
Datuk (Dr.) Hafsah Hashim

Datuk (Dr.) Hafsah Hashim was the Chief Executive Officer of the SME Corporation Malaysia (SME Corp. Malaysia) for 13 years 11 months.
During her tenure serving the Government of Malaysia for 36 years and 2 months, Datuk (Dr.) Hafsah accumulated a wealth of experience in public sector administration and policy development. She served in several Ministries including Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Primary Industries.
At the international level, she had initiated various collaborations and cooperations with other SME development agencies at bilateral level such as the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India, Office of SME Promotion of Thailand, Small and Medium Business Administration of Republic of Korea and Small and Medium Industry Development Organisation of Turkey.
Dato’ Kamarul A Mohamed

Dato’ Kamarul is the Founder and CEO of Aerodyne Group, a Malaysian-based drone solutions provider that is ranked first in the world by Drone Industry Insights of Germany. He is ‘EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2020 Malaysia’, ‘EY Technology Entrepreneur of The Year 2020 Malaysia’ as well as ‘SEBA Entrepreneur of The Year 2020’. Kamarul led Aerodyne from a 3-person startup in 2014 to a global company with presence in 35 countries in just 6 years.
He is a TEDx speaker and a drone industry thought leader, who has presented his ideas and innovation on AI, Drones and Industry 4.0 around the world. An auditor by training, Kamarul spent his formative years in the city of London before switching his career to the tech industry upon returning to Malaysia after a 10-year stint in the UK. Kamarul is an avid explorer and has travelled to more than 100 countries, both for business and pleasure.
