Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:
> A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 as accepted by the HEP Senate
> A Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6, MQF) in related fields with a CGPA of 2.00 and not meeting a CGPA of 2.50 can be accepted, subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
> A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the HEP Senate and with relevant working experience, subject to a rigorous internal assessment; OR
> A Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) in non-related fields with a minimum CGPA of 2.00 as accepted by the HEP Senate and without relevant working experience, subject to passing pre-requisite courses; OR
> A pass at Level 7 Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) assessment by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA); OR
> Other equivalents/related qualifications to a Bachelor’s degree (Level 6, MQF) recognised by the Malaysian Government
Note: In compliance with the latest regulatory requirements (https://bit.ly/MQA2nd – please refer to pages 38 & 39) students are required to complete a Pre-Requisite Course (PRC). It is compulsory for students to attend and pass this course before/while pursuing their studies at PBS. The purpose of this course is to equip the students with basic business knowledge in order to prepare them for the programme and students are required to pay a fee of RM 500.00 before registering for PRC. Applicable to those who do not have a business or management background. (Not applicable to exchange students).

- These requirements are only necessary for international applicants.
- An international applicant who obtains a score below the required minimum score may be accepted for admission on a conditional basis for any graduate programme.
- An international applicant who has obtained a degree from any public university or established private university in Malaysia shall not be subject to the English language proficiency requirement.
- An international applicant for the DBA programme who has undergone his Master’s degree education in the English language medium shall also be exempted from the requirement. Application for exemption must be accompanied by supporting documents.

NOTE:
- The fees displayed do not include VISA fees for international students.
- The application Processing Fee is non-refundable.
- USD 500 (RM 2,500.00) one-off payment only for the examination fees by the PBS students.
- PBS students who take the MBA programme have the option to enjoy the benefit and opportunity to have their master’s project supervised by qualified trainers/lecturers from ISCEA MY.
- There will also be an invigilation/facilitation by the qualified trainers/lecturers from ISCEA MY for the online proctored final exams to assist the students in passing the exams conducted by the USA ISCEA.
- For Certified Digital Marketing Associate, the royalty fee $200 includes DMI Membership, DMI Test fee and DMI Certification on successful completion of the course.
- Students will be given access to membership for 6 months when the partner enrols the student with DMI.
- The student only need to complete the DMI course with PBS to obtain the certificate.
