Raemah Abdullah Hashim (DPA, BBA, MBA, DBA) is an Associate Professor with Putra Business School(PBS) Malaysia in the area of Human Resources Management, Relationship Marketing, General Management, Leadership and Organisational Behaviour.
She also serves as a consultant to a number of private and private organisations. Of recent she was given the responsibility to be the head a research team for the Ministry of Human Resources to come out with National Occupational Skill Standard (NOSS) and also the Occupational Structure for various industries in Malaysia. Besides, she is active in academic researches and her work has been published in a number of international journals.
She has also written cases particularly on strategic management and marketing for case journals. Previously, she had received an assignment to write modules on tourism guiding as well as marketing planning for Tourism Malaysia. Prior to joining PBS, Raemah Abdullah Hashim was programme director for Master in Human Resource Management and Doctorate in Business Administration. She was also the discipline chair for Human Resource Management area. Besides, she was the Head of Academic, Deputy Dean and Acting Dean of an institution of higher learning, an entrepreneur and an administrator of a public organisation. She is an active member of the Malaysia Institution of Human Resource Association and was involved in the NKEA Lab that was organised by the Prime Minister’s office (PEMANDU).
Raemah Abdullah Hashim was an auditor for MyQuest, a body that ranks local private colleges through the Malaysia Quality Evaluation System.
