Who/what is your motivation to complete your postgraduate journey?
Celebrating my MBA graduation makes me think of what got me here – my dad, It reminds me of what my dad taught me. He once said education isn’t just for personal growth but also for making the world better. Even though he’s not here, what I did shows his spirit and values.
This MBA journey is more than just getting a degree; it’s like proving my dad was right about me. I faced challenges, reached goals, and followed his lessons of not giving up, working hard, and always doing my best. This MBA isn’t just a win for me; going through postgraduate life, I remember my dad’s strong belief in me. His memory keeps me going, pushing me to make a real difference, just like he believed I could.
Finishing this MBA isn’t just about my success; it’s a message for my lovely daughters. I want them to know that they can still reach their goals even if they decided not to go to college right after high school. This story is for them and for anyone, like me, who took a bit longer on my educational journey. At the MBA graduation, it’s not just about reaching my dreams; it’s about showing my daughters that with hard work, dreams can happen, no matter when you start.
How did you overcome your challenges while studying?
Being a mom with five kids and a husband working different hours is a big challenge, but of course I can handle it, or else I won’t be here today with all the conferment. Normally I will plan my days in advance and try to arrange my time between work, family and study. Then I will figure out which tasks are the most important each day and do those first. Thanks to my kids and husband always help with chores and responsibilities. Normally I use short breaks during work to review my assignment. I always discuss with my family about my study schedule, so they understand when I really need some quiet time, especially during online classes. Sometimes I do use some kind of AI to make studying easier, and stay positive, and celebrating every little success. And finally I must be flexible and open to changing my schedule when life gets busy. You know, we can always plan, but it not always go as how you plan it.

Any advice for future students?
I just want to give small advice for future student. You must first choose precisely what you hope to gain from your study. Of course you have to plan your day so that you have time for breaks, enjoyable activities, and studying. The most crucial thing is to ask questions and participate in class discussions without fear. It’s a fantastic method to express your passion and learn. Don’t worry if something seems difficult; just ask your lecturer or fellow students for assistance. Remember to take pauses and enjoy yourself as well! Maintaining motivation requires striking a balance between work and recreation. Finally, always have faith in yourself. You may encounter obstacles, but you can get past them if you have tenacity and an optimistic outlook.
