Introduction

This course equips the students on explaining the nature and dynamics of human behaviour in organisation settings. Theories and concepts on Organisational Behaviour will be taught and discussed of which they will apply those knowledge together with their experience in dealing with individuals, groups and structure on employees/members’ behaviours within (both profit and non-profit) organisations. They will be then relating this knowledge gained in OB to address some challenges and contemporary issues to assume managerial responsibilities at their workplaces in enhancing organisational effectiveness.
