Who/what is your motivation to complete your postgraduate journey?

Firstly, it was my parents, who always emphasized the importance of education. Their hard work and sacrifices to provide us with excellent value education. Wish they were here, but I hope they might be looking down on me, proud and happy in heaven, celebrating my achievements.

Secondly, completing my MBA is not just about professional advancement but also personal growth. The MBA program at PBS offers a specialized curriculum that aligns with my career goals, providing me with the expertise needed to excel in areas such as strategic management, human resource management, finance, and marketing. I see this journey as an opportunity to challenge myself, expand my horizons, and develop the leadership and critical thinking skills necessary for success in the business world.

How did you overcome your challenges while studying?

Time Management:

To tackle the challenge of time management, I implemented a detailed schedule, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and importance. This allowed me to allocate dedicated time for studying, research, and personal commitments.

Balancing Work and Studies:

Balancing work and studies was demanding, but I maintained open communication with my employer about my academic commitments. Negotiating flexible work hours and leveraging weekends efficiently helped me strike a balance between professional responsibilities and coursework.

Maintaining Mental Health:

Prioritizing mental health was crucial. I established a self-care routine, including regular exercise, mindfulness practices, and adequate sleep. This holistic approach helped me maintain focus and resilience during demanding periods of study.

Procrastination:

Overcoming procrastination was a personal hurdle. I adopted the Pomodoro technique, breaking down study sessions into manageable intervals with short breaks. Setting small, achievable goals helped me stay focused and motivated.

Adapting to a New Learning Environment:

Transitioning to a new learning environment was a significant challenge. To overcome this, I actively engaged in class discussions, sought guidance from professors, forming study groups, and utilizing online resources were essential in mastering challenging subjects.
