Strategic Management

Introduction

 This course will enhance the student’s knowledge of strategic planning and management, strategy evaluation matrix, current issues and new challenges, and the realization that the strategic map in relation to the contemporary environment. Students are required to apply the relevant theories to the real business organizational context. The assessment will emphasize the student’s ability to understand and analyze the business environment to derive strategic decisions. At the end of the course, students should be able to establish knowledge and construct strategic decision processes and management.
