Introduction

Organisational Behavior (OB) is the study of the behavioral dynamics of individuals and groups in organizational settings. Specifically, this field of study provides the knowledge pertaining to the impact of individuals, groups and structure on employees/members’ behaviors within (both profit and non-profit) organisations. A good grasp of this knowledge will help the students to be equipped in preparing themselves in assuming managerial responsibilities at their work places and enhance organizational effectiveness. The student will be evaluated based on the theoretical and practical aspects of each topic At the end of the course, the student will be able to relate the OB knowledge gained in addressing the challenges and issues in a real working environment.
