Overview

This course provides best halal practices for manufacturers within the food industry. It includes the importance of MS1500:2009, the requirements for halal certification and processing as well as logistics in the halal food production.

Learning Outcome

Participants will be able to understand and apply halal practices within their premise, logistic requirements and compliance to MS 1500: 2009 and JAKIM halal certification.19 in relation to the requirements for halal processing, certification and logistics in halal pharmaceutical production to ensure compliance with halal standards.
