Seeing the unseen and knowing the unknown is in the blood of human. The quest for knowledge has embarked human beings in this very era of scientific progress and such.

Being a scholarship holder from the widely recognized and famous organization “Yayasan Khazanah” and Candidate for MBA Degree 2015 from highly reputed Putra Business School, I am expected to excel in my pursuance of knowledge. I have always been thinking about relating human governance with multi-cultural knowledge. For me, human governance also implies being able to understand people from various cultures and get along with them.

With all these things in mind, I have joined the Summer School at the University of Miyazaki, Miyazaki, Japan. The program has started on July 11, 2015 and ended on July 31, 2015. Students from USA, China, Thailand and Taiwan have also attended this program. I consider myself lucky as I have the golden opportunity to represent Malaysia as well as my beloved motherland Bangladesh at the summer school at Miyazaki.

Through attending this program, I have learnt about the traditional Japanese culture, society, economy as well as language. And this has helped me to learn and view things from a newer point of view. I have also made many friends during this program. And I have also teamed up with the students from Indiana University, USA for making a short movie on the summer school. As a part of the program, I have also experienced home stay with a Japanese family and it is one of the greatest experiences in my life. Also, I have attended Japanese karate class, calligraphy class, and visited places of historical importance as part of this program.

Last but not least, studying abroad always open a new avenue for anyone. And I am really grateful to all the members of Putra Business School family and then University of Miyazaki family for helping me all the way for attending this program and gaining knowledge. Attending summer school 2015 at the University of Miyazaki, Japan has really opened up mind and broadened my horizon.
