MBA (FINANCE)

INTRODUCTION

PBS aims to nurture future leaders that practise the human governance values and principles. PBS also engages in research, consulting and business development activities. This modular-based programme caters to top managers who would like to have an in-depth understanding of how financial markets function. This programme is designed to equip students to acquire financial management and investment analysis skills. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must possess one of the following qualifications:

  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA of at least 2.75 or its equivalent (i).
  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA below 2.75 but not lower than 2.50 will be considered if he/she has had a minimum 3 years of working experience; or
  • A recognised Bachelor’s degree with a CGPA below 2.50 will be considered if he/she has had a minimum 5 years of working experience; or
  • A professional qualification that is recognised as being equivalent to (i) above; or
  • A pass at Level 7 Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) assessment by Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA); or
  • Other qualifications approved by the PBS Senate.

All international candidates graduated from degree programmes whereby English is not the medium of instruction must have obtained a minimum TOEFL 550 or IELTS Band 6.0.
