Career @ PBS

PBS’s primary objective is to provide higher education with a view to nurturing human leaders.

We are the first and currently still the only business school in Malaysia to be accredited by AACSB, and proud to be among the 5% of the world’s business schools which have been accredited by this international body.

PBS is the Home to Human Governance. The overarching principle of Human Governance is the premise that humans are not resources or assets in an organisation, but as ‘whole persons’ and trustees of resources – of the planet, her environment and communities – a worldview that is gaining worldwide acceptance.

Our intention is to lead the way to integrate the Human Governance principles into existing business subjects, researching into ways to look at how we are managing business, the community and the environment, and working hand-in-hand with businesses to make them real.

We welcome dynamic individuals who think similarly and want to contribute to our mission – of nurturing the next generation of human leaders, of building a new business school that aims to create a positive contribution to the business world, or simply working with people who practice Human Governance.

Located in the grounds of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) at Serdang, PBS is one of the newest independent business schools in Malaysia as a result of a spin-off of UPM’s Graduate School of Management.

As a private educational institution, we offer a dynamic working environment with an attractive remuneration package commensurate to your values and experience as well as competitive health and employee benefits. We invite you to apply now if you wish to be part of this growing team with a difference. International applications are welcome.
